Agreement with 8BALLSPINNERS |
Room Share Agreement
Pogo, High Stakes Pool, Beginner Room 007
This Share Agreement is between 8BallSpinners and any league
that we share our room with, and is effective from the date room share
agreement is agreed upon. The term "ROOM SHARER" refers to the
league that 8BallSpinners is giving permission to use the pool room
for the purpose of running pool tourneys.
a) Both leagues will share the room equally to run tourneys, but the
ROOM SHARER shall run no more than 3 tourneys per day, unless they
have special permission from the HA of 8BallSpinners. This
will be decided upon a case to case situation.
b) The ROOM SHARER agrees to NOT attempt to gain any room rights
for this room, and acknowlegde that this agreement is for the purpose
of holding pool tourneys for their league only, and they are not to
give permission for any other leagues to run tourneys in the room.
c) This agreement remains in effect for as long as both leagues are in
existence or until one league decides to leave the room, or until the
event the league with room rights, 8BallSpinners, decides that the
room agreement needs to be either amended or cancelled, or decides to
change administrators. In that event, this agreement shall
be part of that change over and shall be binding with all other
leagues that share the room.
d) Both leagues hereby agree to run tourneys in a way as to not
interupt the other league's tourney. In the event this happens it is
the responsibility of the other league's HA to contact the HA of the
offending league to get the appropriate actions taken for the
offender.
e) Either league may start a tournament while the other league is
running a tournament and may run it from the lobby. During such time,
the league host may display their TOURNAMENT HOST badge.

f) No league except 8BallSpinners is allowed to spam the room lobby,
unless special permission has been granted by the HA of 8BallSpinners
g) Above all else it is agreed that each leagues members and host
shall conduct themselve in a sportmanship manner at all times and show
respect to the other league that is in the room hosting.
